The New Glasgow Kinsmen completed another successful Chicken BBQ on July 4, 2025. The half chicken meal included potato salad, coleslaw and a bread roll for $20. The proceeds from this event supports our Kinsmen Baseball program; a program that helps over 300 kids in various age divisions learn and play baseball in New Glasgow. This year’s event was held at Summer Street Industries.

Read MoreThe Kinsmen Club of New Glasgow will be hosting the 2025 Pictou County Ribfest on August 8, 9, and 10, 2025 at the Pictou County Wellness Centre. This will allow for a larger area, increased parking as well as indoor climate controlled seating for those who find it too hot , or should we have unfavorable weather. The Wellness Center is also on the bus route for those who would require a ride to get there.
